Description & details
Trillium Dell Timberworks re-erected this 40’ x 60’ mixed hardwood queen post frame dismantled in Indiana winter 2010. The frame dates from the 1870s, restoration at our shop included re-engineering the continuous 40' 9'x9' tie beams for a second floor load. A third story cantilevered balcony and gable end were added. In addition to the main barn, a threshing barn attached to the main barn was converted to a 20’ x 20’ pavilion for outdoor entertaining.
